We offer a simple recipe for carbonara pasta. You will need the following ingredients:

  1. Spaghetti - 200 g
  2. Olive oil - 5 tbsp l.
  3. Pancetta (bacon) - 100 g
  4. Pecorino cheese romanno - 100 g
  5. Eggs - 2 pcs.
  6. Salt, pepper to taste
  7. Preparation:

Cut the bacon into small cubes, grate the cheese on a fine grater. Beat the eggs well with a fork, add half the cheese and a few pinches of salt and pepper to them. Stir. Combine remaining cheese with pepper and set aside for a while.

Boil water, add 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil and boil the paste until al dente. Simultaneously heat 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan and fry the bacon for a few minutes. Let the bacon cool slightly and pour the egg mixture into the skillet.

Discard the finished spaghetti in a colander, and then put in a pan with the sauce and bacon. Sprinkle with pepper cheese when serving.

Bolognese pasta - a classic recipe

Bolognese pasta recipe


  • Spaghetti - 300-400 g
  • Pork and ground beef - 400-500 g
  • Pancetta (bacon) - 100 g
  • Tomatoes - 500 g
  • Carrots - 1 pc.
  • Onions - 1 pc.
  • Celery - 1 petiole
  • Milk or cream - 300 ml
  • Dry red wine - 250-300 ml
  • Parmesan (or other hard cheese) - 150 g
  • Tomato paste - 2 tbsp l.
  • Olive oil - 1 tbsp l.
  • Butter - 1-2 tbsp l.
  • Garlic - 2-3 cloves
  • Salt, pepper and spices to taste


Boil water and dip the tomatoes in it, then remove the skin from the fruit. Chop the tomatoes and puree them with a blender.

Preheat a frying pan with olive oil and fry the chopped pancetta, after 3-4 minutes chopped carrots, onions, celery and garlic. Cook the vegetables until tender, about 10 minutes, stirring constantly.

Add minced meat to the pan and fry for another 5-7 minutes. At the same time, knead the lumps of minced meat with a fork or spatula. Next, pour in the milk (or cream), it should boil in the pan for about 15 minutes. Then pour in the wine and let it simmer just like milk.

Pour the tomato puree over the sauce, season with spices, reduce heat to low and simmer for two hours. Stir the mixture every 20 minutes.

When you turn off the sauce, let it rest. Meanwhile, cook the pasta (spaghetti or whatever). Put the finished pasta on a plate, season with Bolognese sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
